Hi friends. I'm excited to show you our Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper.
You are going to love creating with this paper. We designed it with traditional Christmas
colors, so it will be perfect for all of your holiday crafts. There are six different two-sided
designs and you get two pages of each design. So two in the Garden Green, two in the Cherry
Cobbler and two in the Early Espresso, with two pages of each. Each page has color on
one side and kraft with a white design on the back. Now this page is made with natural
kraft fibers so you might see a slight coloration difference from one kraft piece to the next,
and that is just fine. The first thing you're going to notice about this paper is that not
only is it heavier weight then our regular Designer Series Paper, but it is also heavier
then our regular cardstock. It's a good stiff weight, you can see the difference
how a little bit floppier that one is. So it's a good sturdy weight and it's going to
be perfect for creating boxes with the Gift Box Punch Board. Like we've done here. So
it makes a good sturdy, beautiful box. You can watch the Gift Box Punch Board video to
see how simple it is to create these boxes. Under the Tree is also an excellent choice
for home décor projects. Like we've done with these star boxes here. These star boxes
are beautiful and they hold their shape really well with this heavy paper. They are easy
to make when you use the Star Framelits and we have a video that will show you how to
create those as well. Did you notice that the colors on these boxes were a little bit
different from the paper we've seen so far? That is because we made these boxes using
the kraft side of the paper. The white printing on the kraft side allows you to use the resist
technique. You'll just need to fill one of your Stampin' Spritzers with rubbing alcohol
and a couple drops of your ink refill in the color of your choice, and then spritz all
over your page. I love this technique because it allows you to have this gorgeous paper
in a variety of different colors and shades. Here is one we did earlier with the Mossy
Meadow. You can see you can get a lot of different variations of the greens and reds when you
use that technique on this paper. One thing to keep in mind with this technique is that
your ink can seep through to the fibers and bleed through to the other side. You can see
a little bit of that green here, So if you sue this technique you want to make sure you
are doing it on a project that is only going to show the front side of the paper. Even
though this is a heavy weight paper, you can use it for it's fantastic color and design,
just like you would use any of our other Designer Series Papers. Here is a simple card that
uses Under the Tree as a simple accent piece for a little pop of red. Then we have a gift
box here where we have used it just to create a belly band around the top, and finally on
this one, we have used it to create our Merry tag. This is another instance where you are
going to love that heavy weight. It makes for a gorgeous tag. So the utility and versatility
of Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper makes it the perfect fit for all of
your holiday crafting and gift giving projects. So contact your demonstrator or visit the
