INFOLINE helps distance students find the information they need to complete their course work.
Visit the INFOLINE web page by going to the Uvic Libraries homepage, and then selecting hours and locations,
Mearns Centre Mcpherson locations, and scrolling down to click on INFOLINE.
Select the appropriate link for you for more information.
INFOLINE can loan you any circulating material held in the UVic Libraries, including books, and articles from journals, magazines or papers,
items requested through ILLO, and items in your distance education course packages that are marked as available through INFOLINE.
They can also help you improve your research strategies, choose the best databases, and create proper citations and bibliographies,
so you don’t have to go out on a limb.
Check out their collection of online tutorials, to get a grasp on things.
If you live near a Canadian University, you might want a COPPUL card,
which will identify you as a registered UVic student so you can borrow materials in-person from other Canadian university libraries.
Our online collection is constantly growing, so more and more items can be accessed directly online,
and anything that needs to be shipped, like books or file articles,
will be sent with a postage paid return mailing label, so you don’t have to pay the postage.
And don't worry, we don't use carrier pigeons so your items should arrive within a few days.

like Navigating the Library Website, Subject Guides, and Search Tips. Good luck!
