Well, I am a seasonal eater in New York. I crave different meals at different times of
the year; typically winter and summer. In winter, for some reason I am always craving
Ramen noodles; Ramen or Udon. And for that, I'm either going to Momofuku Noodle Bar or
I'm heading to Yin Ramen up in Washington Heights on 125th St. It's a new place, very
small and I feel like a lot of people haven't found out about it yet. But there I will just
get a Ramen noodle with pork belly. And in the summertime, it's Mexican food; tacos and
burritos. So I will probably head to Dos Camino's on W. Houston Street for fish tacos and maybe
a margarita or a cold beer.
