Most juvenile conviction records will seal automatically,
as a matter of law in the state of Nevada,
when the individual reaches the age of 21.
But on some more serious charges, especially
those involving sex crimes, those records
may not get sealed until an individual reaches
the age of 30, at which time it's
incumbent upon the individual to petition
the courts for the sealing of the records.
So if you have a juvenile conviction here
in the state of Nevada, and you're not sure
if your record has been sealed, call our offices.
We'll give you a free consultation.
We'll go over the facts of your case.
We will be able to determine whether your record has
been sealed.
And if it hasn't been sealed, we can definitely file a petition,
for you, to ask the court to seal your juvenile record.
