Why do so many people retire from exercise in their thirties?
Hi, I'm Jim Kirwan, the creator of Get America Moving, and I'm not 100% sure but I think
it is related to the tradition of retiring from sport when you feel you are not able
to keep up with younger players.
Last Saturday in Paris, rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll, affectionately known as BOD, played
his 141st and final international, which is a world record, in helping Ireland win
the 6 Nations Rugby Championships.
I don't know Brian personally though I feel I know him very well. He may have worn the
green shirt for the last time but I am very confident he has not retired from exercise.
From his many years as a pro Brian understands the importance of exercise and good nutrition
in maintaining a long, high quality life! While it will not be nearly as demanding but
what's good for Brian is good for you!
If you would like to learn more about the importance of exercise, sign up for the Exercise
BASICS Formula which you can still get FREE at GetAmericaMoving.com/basics.
Remember my motto: You don't have to be fit and healthy to start but you do have to start
to be fit and healthy.
You can do this!
