I'm Pam Radar and today we're going to be looking at the perfect pose
to alleviate low back pain
this is a super easy pose that anyone can do, you just need a wall
so I'm gonna have Sarah start sitting up against the wall so her back and her bum
are really close to the wall
and she's gonna lay down keeping her bum attached to the wall
and scoot your feet way up to the sky, so just straightening your legs and then allow
the arms to rest
by your sides, so simple easy way to relax
tense low back muscles and also to relax and release
tight muscles through the chest, stay here as long as you like
this is the perfect pose for low back pain
