WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and
I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This next exercise is called the tricep extension.
The tricep is the muscle on the back of the arm here that straightens the arm. With this
rope, as you can see, I have the pulley all the way up to the top. When you pull this
rope down like this, I'm slightly bent at the knees, again to keep my hips in a neutral
position, keep my back in a neutral position and I'm just going to extend my arms all the
way down to flare them up a little bit at the end, coming back. My elbows stay right
at my sides and I'm not pulling down like this, right at the sides, and I'm working
just on the tricep muscle, down, up, down, up.
