On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to be showing you how to make
shrimp two ways. Now we're going to talk about our next recipe, Lime Sesame Shrimp. This
is a really delicious nice and crispy shrimp recipe. I've already cleaned and deveined
our shrimp and I have did these a little differently from our last recipe in that I've butter flied
them, which means when I deveined them I have cut a deeper slice into the shrimp which is
going to allow the shrimp to kind of flatten out and also get more ingredients inside the
shrimp and that will be a little crispier that way. Here are some of the other ingredients.
Grape seed oil is used for sauteeing the shrimp. The marinade ingredients, egg white, sesame
seeds, corn starch, lime - I use both lime juice and zest. Then for the sauce I use sugar,
soy sauce, and some fresh tangerine juice and then I'm going to finish the dish with
some chopped scallions. Those are some of the ingredients that you need for Sesame Lime
Shrimp. In the next clip we're going to mix our marinade.
