[Intro music] >> David Alpert - Senior Software Developer,
Experience Designer: One of my favorite experiences from this conference was when we created -- in
an emergent, collaborative, spontaneous way -- we created our schedule. We didn't have
a schedule laid out beforehand. We were encouraged to come up and write our ideas for a session
on the cards, and put them up on the wall. Everybody went and it was chaos. Out of this
chaos that no one was really managing emerged this beautiful schedule and this beautiful
sense of organization, color coded and everything. To watch that organization emerge naturally
without being managed was really fascinating.
>> Diana Larsen Agile consultant, Open Space Facilitator: I have a really strong affinity
with people in groups and being able to see the kind of self organizing process at work
in a microcosm
>> Jon Jorgensen - Scrum Master, Program Manager: you don't know what you're missing until you're
there. The beauty of an Open Space is everybody is free to walk in and walk out at anytime.
I would say, take a look, see if there's something here for you. The beauty of again the Open
Space is if you don't hear it coming up, open a session, ask your questions, see if the
rest of the group has some answers or maybe some questions to give back to you to find
your answer. [Outro Music]
