Hi, guys! It's time for this weekend's workout!
Firstly, I want to thank my buddy, who helped me shoot the video.
The conditions in the gym were not very appropriate.
It was too crowded and too noisy.
After a good warm up I did the strength part of the workout.
It included standing press - the full volume of the movement,
push ups with additioinal weigths and
back extensions.
After that I did the short complex that I will demonstrate in a while.
It includes 3 rounds for time of 15 swings,
20 one legged squats (alternating - 10 for each leg)
and 10 roller sit ups.
