Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett. On behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make seasonal
napkin ring holders. Oooh, look at winter. These are the tools that you're going to need
for this step. You're going to need your tubing, a pencil, a retractable knife, ruler and your
cutting board. First I want you to take your tubing and your ruler and measure out two
inches from the edge. It can be a little tricky but I know you can do this. You're going to
make lines all the way around.
Then I want you to play connect the dots. Now when you play connect the dots with these
lines it doesn't matter if it's not exact. Because once we put the ribbon around the
tubing, it won't matter so just connect them all the way around. I want you to get your
retractable knife, open it up, poke it through carefully and watch your fingers and I just
want you to saw down along the line. You could use scissors for this step but you're going
to need to poke through on the line first and then put the scissors through and then
you're done.
