This next exercise is a great exercise for your back and the entire body. It’s also
warming up the rotational aspect of the game. These are excellent for warm-up, for injury
prevention and even for rehab. What you want to do is spread out on the ground like across;
it’s called the Arron cross exercise and take the opposite leg and brings it to your
hands. The rotational sideways keeping your leg fell a straight and bring your toes to
the opposite hand. Notice that she’s not moving her hand towards her foot. She’s
going her foot towards her hand. For some of you that might be a challenging exercise
because flexibility is lacking. This is great also to develop that flexibility that might
be lacking for your swing or for your throw. Scorpio. Again you’re alternating from side
to the other doing about five to eight on each sides. What you have done that you change
around. So you want to go and lie on your stomach. That’s the exact same thing. This
one is a little bit more challenging. It does recall the more flexibility. So again you
take the opposite leg and bring those toes to your hand. Notice that she’s really turning
her hip s and opening her hips like she does it. Ok let’s switch. Rotating out. Let’s
do a couple more. Notice how she’s really opening up. For the first time you do it you
feel that it’s quite challenging, you feel it that you might not get there. Try not to
change by ring to arms forward, keep your arms even with a shoulder. That does kind
of really help you flexibility.
