In ecology news, a United Nations agency donates seeds to southern Sudanese states. The Food
and Agricultural Organization (FAO) is distributing seeds in Eastern Equatoria to help with food
security. Groundnuts, soya beans, sorghum, maize, and beans are among the varieties being
provided to internally displaced persons, returnees to the state, and others in need.
FAO is also sharing seeds in all 10 states of southern Sudan. Our earnest gratitude,
United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization, for your caring commitment to Sudanese brethren.
May the gracious citizens of this northeastern African country be blessed with a bountiful
harvest.
