I think a law degree teaches you how to think and how to think
analytically and critically and how to think maybe in ways that
those without a law degree wouldn't necessarily
think about things and so it gives you a good perspective helps to be able to see
both sides of the issue
helps you to be able to analyze a problem or situation and ultimately to pick
what you think is the best conclusion.
My favorite memory at the University College Law
and really my favorite memory has been
being able to serve our veterans.
Every time they thank me I look at them and say no no no
thank you so much for the service that you continue to provide on a daily basis
the opportunity to work with these great great men and women
that work tirelessly every day to provide a service to protect us
that's been my favorite memory and my favorite moment
and I'm so proud University of Tennessee has allowed me to do that.
