Now I've lit my torch and I've already dripped off the excess fluid. I look to see which
way the wind is blowing. The wind is blowing in this direction. I'm going to put my back
to the wind. Now there's another factor to this. I want to watch to see how big the flame
is. And I'm going to eat the flame when I feel most comfortable. Now when I went to
Circus School, we sat in a group and everybody sat there with a fire just over their mouth.
And nobody moved. Ahh, I want to eat it, but I'm afraid. Everybody was waiting for someone
else to be the first person to do it. Now of course as I mentioned earlier, I'm worried
about burning this hand far more than I'm worried about burning my mouth. And I waited
too long. And you, when you learn how to eat fire, probably will be in the same situation.
Let it burn a few times. You don't need to put it in your mouth the very first time.
See the drips? This time I'm going to light them on fire so you can see them as flaming
drips. You see that? Now you don't want that flaming drop to be over your face. So let
the drips come off. Come up and wait. Just wait. Maybe it's not the time to do it this
time.
