Hey YouTube World, it's me -- Evelyn. And this video is a hashtag #SmackYoLip taste test
♫ afrobeat music ♫ [Nigerian accent] Naija style. Naija edition. Naija way. Naija version.
My cousins over at Arike's Kitchen sent me their Joy Package. It's full of tasty holiday
treats, but the things I'm most excited about is the flavored chin chin.
This hashtag #SmackYoLip Naija edition would be nothing without my special guest.
[pop sound effect]
First, here we have vanilla chin chin. Do you know what chin chin is?
Brother: No.
Brother: What it looks like are small mandazis, that's what it looks like.
Evelyn: [gasps] That's a good way of putting it! I've only had regular kind. I don't know
what regular chin chin flavor is. Uhhh.
Brother: What's chin chin mean? What's it supposed to mean?
Evelyn: I don't know, I'm not Nigerian. [giggles]
One, two, [bites]
[chews]
Yes? This mandazi crisps!

third and final one is chocolate.
Brother: Ayyye.
Evelyn: This is like, what I was excited for. I've never in my life seen chocolate chin chin.
Brother: Get that cacao?
Evelyn: Smells dark.
Brother: That cacao???
Brother: It smells -- it smells like the crust of a brownie after it's been in the fridge
for a while.
Evelyn: But I like the crust of a...
Brother: Yeah! I'm sayin' -- yeah it's not bad at all.
[chews]
Evelyn: If you're the type of person who likes the outside of the brownie??
Brother: Yeah.
Evelyn: The corners?
Brother: Yeah. That's good.
[chews]
Evelyn: That's tasty.
Brother: Who made this?
Evelyn: Arike's Kitchen.
Brother: Good job, Arike.
Evelyn: Here we have---

Evelyn: Chapman. [Kenyan accent] What is Chapman?
Evelyn: Just say "Chapman Nigerian Drink".
Brother: Fanta, Sprite, grenadine syrup, OJ, lemons or limes, angostura? Aromatic bitter?

Brother: Ayyyye. [Kenyan accent] Pop bottle.
Evelyn: Oh, it's fizzy.
Brother: Smells like Hi-C.
Evelyn: Hi-C but like, there's something else in it. Like orange rind?
