From here, you can do several things to find the answers to your questions.
Try reading the Knowledge Base to see if your question has already been addressed.
Or, use the search tool to find what you’re looking for more quickly.
If your issue isn’t already answered in the Support Portal, then you can submit a
support ticket here. Residents with basic accounts may have limited
options for ticket submission, due to a large volume of tickets. But, you can still submit
a ticket for most common issues.
If you have a Premium Account, you have another option! You can start a live chat via Instant
Message to talk to Linden Lab directly.
Certain types of Residents are entitled to concierge service, which grants you access
to additional help features from Linden Lab. You qualify for concierge service if you own
a private region or pay tier for mainland parcels of half a region or more.
