Video of the MGC P7M13, a rare replica of the Heckler und koch P7M13, an original pistol released in 1982
This pistol uses an odd "gas delayed blowback" system but its main characteristic is a big lever on the grip
This lever works as a safety (a bit like the safety grip of the 1911) and also as a slide release lever
For an old airsoft gun, the kick is quite nice
However, no hop up (I don't think so though), performances aren't impressive
You can hit a human torso at 15-20 meters, no more
Also, the magazine only holds 15 bbs
The side view allows you to see a small realism problem : a pin should be visible on the back of the slide
This pin indicates that the gun is armed, a bit like on a Walther P99
Sadly, MGC didn't replicate this detail
About 125 FPS (144a Abbey Predator and 0.20 Tanio Koba)
3 white dots allow a quick aiming
The finish is really good, the markings in particular are really well made
A lot of plastic, but it's a nice "heavy weight" plastic, the replica is actually quite heavy (850 gr)
Here is the lever : you have to press it to shoot, otherwise it won't work, just like the real one
It also works as a slide release lever : when blocked to the rear, a push on the lever releases the slide
An ambidextrous lever, on both sides of the trigger guard, releases the magazine
The magazine feels light compared to the weight of the magazine, it carries 15 bbs
The trigger feels a bit weird, it feels like shooting a NBB pistol
Actually, the gun doesn't need to be armed, a trigger pull will always shoot the gun
On my model, the slide release system doesn't work all the time, I would assume that's because some parts are used
A few realism issues : the ejection port is not empty when the slide is blocked to the rear
Under the slide, you can also see this tube
Also, the barrel is slightly bend upward, which is not realistic (barrel is supposed to be fixed on this gun)
Thanks for watching !
