I never met the Buddha in the flesh. I cut my teeth on asana on PBS. It doesn't matter
the address, country or town, no asana envy.
Cause western yoga's like jacked up thermostat, yoga as aerobics, mindless movement, dangerous
alignment; we don't care, we know that asana's just a piece.
And everybody needs tantra, mudra, meditation practice, yamas, breathwork, ayurvedic healing,
yes we care; raja yoga is our love affair.
And we'll always be royal (Raja), eight limbs in our blood. That kind of practice is for
us, we crave a yoga kind of buzz. You can be your own guru (Raja), just call
on Patanjali. And baby, unity (unity, unity unity), you can experience samadhi.
My friend’s and I, we’ve cracked the code: It’s Yogash Chitta Vritti Nirodhah. And
everyone at Joyful knows that we’re fine with this. We don’t teach for money.
