In some cases, when web pages
aren't displaying correctly or fail to connect,
you may need to clear your browsing history.
We will show you how to do this in Internet Explorer and Firefox.
In Internet Explorer,
from the "Tools" menu, choose
"Internet Options" on the "General" tab.
Under "Browsing History", click "Delete".
Uncheck the "Preserve Favorite Website Data" box,
and make sure the "Temporary Internet Files,"
"Cookies'" and "History" boxes
are checked then click "Delete."
When finished, click OK
to return to your Internet Explorer window.
Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
In Firefox,
from the "Tools" menu, select
"Clear Recent History." You can choose the time range to clear.
Then use the drop-down arrow
next to "Details" and make sure
"Browsing and Download History", "Cookies"
and "Cache" are selected and click
"Clear Now". Then close and reopen Firefox.
Now you should be able to access your web page.
