So. For people on the go, a lot of times it is easy to go to a fast food restaurant. As
we know fast food is not so healthy for a lot of reasons: it's deep fried, there's a
lot of fats, if you have sweets with it, like soda, there's a lot of sugar. If you MUST
eat fast food, then choose food that's not deep fried. So I understand that some of the
fast food restaurants have grilled items, and salads. Another thing that a person can
do if they must eat fast food, you can get on line and look at the menus that the various
fast food restaurants have and they list the amount of calories for each item that you
might eat. In the end, if you must eat fast food, I recommend avoiding deep fried food,
sugared beverages and super sized sandwiches and fries. Instead I recommend, as much as
possible, getting salads fruits and small portions.
