Cabal Online gives us six characters to play with:
the Warrior,
the Wizard, the Blader, Force Blader, Force Shielder, and
Force Archer...What's up?
Seriously? What?
My personal favorite,
as should be the favorite of all noobs out there who don't want to die within just two
seconds of the game is the Warrior,
because of its high attack rate and high Health Points or HP.
To slice and dice their opponents, this guy... or girl, has a slew of swords to
choose from.
Warriors generally use brute force to win battles.
Health Points or HP are indicated in the red bar of the upper left corner of the screen.
Remember, an empty HP means you're history. On the other end of the spectrum, we
have the Wizard, who manipulates inner and outer Forces to compensate for his physical
weakness.
The advantages of being endowed with magical powers are the ability to
accumulate higher Mana Points for casting spells,
inflict higher magic damage, and use stun abilities on all high-level skills. But as
always, everything has a downside, and this guy, kinda
suffers from low HP, low defense and low attack rate.
So you're probably gonna miss your opponent over and and over which is why the Wizard has to
use co-co-co-combos!
Next on the list is the Blader.
Bladers usually focus on power, attack,
and speed.
Bladers have decent HP,
but with very low defense rates, so with very little defense abilities, Bladers
should avoid long periods of fighting.
Again, they rely mainly on not getting hit to survive.
Make no mistake though, because Bladers inflict the highest critical damage.
But what do you get when you mix a Wizard and a Blader?
The Force Blader.
Now this well-balanced guy doesn't cause much damage, but
has the skills to lower enemy defense an attack, and also to inflict long-term damage.
The downside to this character's debuffs is that it takes the longest
time to level up.
The character has to gain many skill points as Transcender to be able to
use all its jaw-dropping skills.
Well-experienced Force Bladers are told to be able to combine every possible
magic spell with their sword skills. 0:02:19.969,0:02:24.159 Wow, I wonder how that guy can hold up to this guy, the Force Shielder.
Force Shielders are awesome in short-range force control, which means that they are
incapable of doing
long-range attacks.
However, they make up for this weakness by developing supporting magic spells.
These spells increase their attack strength by manipulating outer forces near their
bodies.
You can say that these methods match those of the Wizard's strongest
abilities.
Like the name implies,
Force Shielders have the highest defense of about 2000+
with the help of the art of defense buff, of course.
The Force Shielder is a huge favorite when it comes to nation wars for obvious
reasons;
they have protective spells that shield their party members from taking damage.
It's worth mentioning that the Force Shielder's Astral Shield, a summoned
shield, looks totally amazing at higher levels. The downside is that their armors,
can be very expensive.
Last but not the least is the Force Archer.
You better believe it, this character has the skills that can throw damage
across distance with great speed.
You go, girl!
Force Archers perform intensive long-range force attack skills and use
Crystals,
an advanced version of the Wizard's Orb, which controls force rather than
intensify it.
Crystals resulted in the creation of the Archer's "Astral Bow"
which minimizes the risk of power decrease when using long-range force
and improves force control and attack speed at the same time. They require
strength and agility during battle, which is why their armor of choice is the Battle Suit Set
from the Pastur Continent.
