Hello. This film will show you how to use the Collect Call service.
Collect Call service
You can make a Collect Call in a number of ways.
One of them is to type characters *550 before the number you want to call.
The party you are calling will see the information
about an incoming call from your number on the screen.
Once he/she answers the call she will hear the following message:
"The user of this number wants to make a collect call.
If you agree to take the call, select 1. If you do not agree, select 9."
If the called party accepts the call, you will hear a proper message.
Another way to make a Collect Call
is to send a free text message to the number 550.
Enter a nine-digit phone number of the party you want to call in the message.
It will not receive the text message,
but will see an incoming call from your number on the screen.
After answering the call
he/she will hear a message about the incoming call.
If it accepts the call, answer the incoming call
and talk to the called party at its expense.
When the party you want to talk to does not agree to bear the cost of the call,
you will be notified there of in a text message.
If you are using pre-paid or mixed offer and you do not have any credit,
the Collect Call service runs automatically when you try to call any Orange number.
If you are trying to call a user of another network,
the called party will see a relevant message on the phone screen,
and will decide whether to call you back. (Messages are not sent to T-Mobile network)
