Hi guys this is Max Tapper again for Howcast. Today I am going to show you how to do an
incline push-up. Now incline push-ups just refers to the fact that you are going to do
push-ups on an incline. It's going to take a little bit of the body weight away from
you so it's something good for intermediate or beginner that's just getting into push-ups
or even for someone that's well seasoned that just needs to burn out, this is how it looks.
Body in the same position as it would have been if it was on the floor we're just bringing
our chest down to the pad, and up. Now remember the same principles apply where the body is
going to be; we are not going to sink; we are not going to have butt up in the air.
Flat like a plank alright. Once again, now that is a incline push-up. There are many
different reasons for doing incline push-up but one that I actually like is as a burnout
after you've ready done as a bench press or dumbbell press you would jump on something
like this which is a lot lower level requires a lot less strength at this point but will
help you burn out. so now lets say you've done 12-15 reps on a bench press. Now come
here and try to do as many as you possibly can. When you can't do any more stop. You
will be completely wiped out. Incline bench press.
