Hello OFB fans, I am coach Paul. Things are happening so fast.
Once we hit 250 subscribers, I had promised to let the cat out of the bag
and to present the new Sling Trainer.
But in the last two or three days everything went extremely fast,
and before we knew it, we had 300 subscribers.

Therefore, I am letting the cat out of the bag right now!
The new Sling Trainer!
This is the Sling Trainer offered by Blackthorn.
A new Sling Trainer Model,
which took a lot of brainpower to design.
Top quality.
You can feel the high quality of the Sling Trainer at the first touch.
We used the sturdiest materials for this product.
I will explain each feature in detail.
At the moment you might ask yourself why anyone would need a Sling Trainer.
A Sling Trainer is ideal for,
fitness exercises on the go.
You probably encounter the problem quite often,
that pulling exercises are almost impossible without the right gym equipment.
For example exercises for your back.
At home, you most likely do not have the proper equipment.
Using the Blackthorn Sling Trainer you can perform various pulling exercises.
On the go, the Sling Trainer is very helpful as
it is easily transportable due to its light weight.
If you like to perform different exercise than those using your own body weight for a change,

But now let talk about the key facts.

The anchoring sling is approximately 1,20 meter long.

The big advantage here is
the option to anchor the Sling Trainer to multiple points of fixation
mounting both ropes separately.
I will quickly demonstrate:
Loop the rope once around,
lay it into the coupling, and screw the coupling tight.
This is ideal to use for performing dips
without the ropes chafing against your arms.
Exactly that is the problem with so many other Sling Trainers:
while performing dips or similar exercises
ropes/belts mounted to only one point of fixation can easily cause constriction.
In order to perform dips, I had to shorten the ropes so that they are similar in length.
But I wanted to show you that now you got enough room to perform your dips.
Now, you have different options to perform the rowing exercise.
Another very cool feature of the Blackthorn Sling Trainer.
You may mount both ropes separately.
See how easily and quick you can close and open this clasp?
These are the clasps for the length adjustment.
It's quick and easy.
To shorten the belt, I will simply pull the free end of the belt.
To shorten it even more,
you will use this "nose".
Lift the "nose" with your thumb,
until the clasp is parallel to the floor.
Pull the belt attached to the grip.
Those were ALMOST all features. But I saved the best for the end.
It's really cool!
Look: here we got the grip.
This will soon be a foot sling.
You can pull the grip up or down - awesome.
To get a large foot sling I will pull the grip upwards.
Pulling the grip downwards,
I can stop right here to get this kind of foot sling.
The cool thing is, that if I put my foot into the sling,
I am able to press the grip to the bottom of my foot.
While training in foot mode,
the grip tightly hugs my foot
and even barefoot I cannot slide out!
The same applies to the hand grip as well.
I take the grip and pull it slightly towards me,
and tighten the loop.
Now, I can endure longer training sessions,
as my grip strength won't give so easily.
I just have to hold on a little bit; if I wouldn't I will fall.
It helps tremendously and I can use my back muscles much better.
If you ask me, the revolutionary foot sling is the coolest thing ever!!!
