What are you making? Paneer Bhujia
Ingredients required to make Paneer Bhujia
Cottage Cheese, Onions, Bread, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Spinach, Coriander
Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Carrot, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Ghee
Take a pana nd heat 2 tsp of ghee
Add a cup of finely chopped onions
Add 1/4 tsp of coriander seeds powder
Add 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
Add 1/4 tsp of garam masala
Add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chillies
Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped tomaotes
Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped capsicum
Add 1 tsp of tomato puree
Close the lid and cook for 3-5 mins
Add salt for taste
Add 3 tsp of finely chopped spinach
Add 3 tsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
Add a cup of small paneer cubes (Cottage Cheese)
Close the lid and cook for 10 mins
Take the Paneer Bhujia into a serving bowl
Heat a pan and grease it with 1 tsp of ghee and fry bread slices
Take the ghee toasted bread aside
Palce the paneer bhujia on the bread and make a sandwich. Then, cut it diagonally right in the middle
Garnish with some grated carrot and serve with ketchup
