After quite a while, Kerli is back in her homeland Estonia. But this time she didn't came here just to visit family and friends. In the beginning of July, Kerli is gonna perform a show for the fans in here.
I don't really want to say what I'm going to do there, but I've been in Estonia for a month now, putting the show together. And the most important thing for me is.. um, how do I say this.. in principle, I just want that, when the kids come there, they will have lots of fun.
Everytime it's like, when the children like it, everybody does. It's like, when you're a kid, you get a strawberry flavoured multivitamin, but when you grow up it's like, why don't I get a strawberry flavoured one? And so, I want to create this world where everybody can transform into a kid again.
I don't really want to promise anything unprecedented. I want that everybody will come themselves and give their opinion on it.
Kerli's main importance is the costumes.
The costumes um.. I already have some of them ready, but the bigger costumes will be made by my mom this time. It's gonna be really cool. Right now we're all working on it.. ugh, I don't want to tell everything!
No matter how bad the future will get for her, Kerli will never start to sing random *** songs at Estonian pubs.
No, I don't think it's possible for me music wise, to start performing some *** songs. But at the same time, what is a flop anyway? The fact that you won't be in the Top 10 again, it's already a failure? People should think about the definition of "success".
If I have seen, experienced and when I'm happy, then I am successful! Doesn't matter how much do I make or how many songs do I have on the radio. We have to cherish the happiness more. I haven't ever really gotten the urge to have the number 1 pop hit. I just want to make music that will touch people, and I think that went pretty well.
The Midsummer Day went by modestly for the singer.
I spent the Midsummer Day pretty boringly. I hope that maybe I could go somewhere to the countryside, but this time I couldn't. We made notably healthy meals. Despite of the Midsummer Day traditions.
What particularly?
We went to the Central Market, and we had potatoes and vegetables.. and just generally vegetarian food. And then we watched "Kill Bill", which we hadn't seen before, and it was very inspiring.
