Once your horse is comfortable with just one cross tie attached, we'll move to attaching
both cross ties. Still have the yarn attached to both sides, just so that in case of an
emergency, the yarn can break, rather than your horse flipping out, so we'll start just
by attaching this yarn.
We'll undo the lunge line, and attach the cross tie, and for now, I'll stand close by,
making sure that he seems comfortable and relaxed, with just having the cross ties on.
Once he seems to settle, you can just start to walk away a little bit, and see if he'll
remain calm, and continue to know that he can't walk on. Once your horse is completely
comfortable having just the cross ties on with the yarn, you can then take the yarn
off.
