What i recognized is that your feeds are splayfoot. It is important to stand prallel, because otherwise your muscle chain is not activated
Squats: If you go down do not move you pelvis to the front. We have to move with the pelvis back.
The feeds needs to stand parallel.
Situps: Be sure to hold the tension in your body when you go back (Christian is doing it right)
Be sure to have the feets together and side by side, and be sure that your fingers tap the mat in front of the feets.
Burpees: The chest has to tap the ground. Hold the tension in your body.
Squats: Be sure that your back is straight at the squats. Sternum has to move outward and should be activated.
