Workflow Overview... (Tell me, if something is wrong, ok?)
"Photo Filter" Adjustment Layer/ "Cooling Filter (82)" option -Removing the yellowish tint of the imagem.
"Healing Brush"/"Clone Stamp" Tools -Remove blemishes, dark circles and strands of hair.
"Patch Tool" to remove the shiny spot on the forehead
"Clone Stamp" Tool to remove strands of eyebrows.
"Liquify" filter -Bring down the eyebrows -Reduce the size of the eyes
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Skin selection in order to apply the "Smooth Effect".
-Holding "Alt Key" to "Subtract" mode -Removing the mouth, nose, eyebrows and eyes from selection
-Duplicating the Background Layer; -Adding a mask from selection created; -Applying the "Surface Blur" filter to smooth the skin.
"Gaussian Blur" filter -Smooth the mask edges -Improve the distribution of the smoothnes effect.
"Brush Tool" -Painting on the layer mask -Adjusting the "smoothness effect" in some areas.
-"Ctrl + Left Click" on the mask to create the skin selection; -"Solid Color" Fill Layer, "Color" blending mode and change the opacity; (Skin color uniformed, based on the lighting of the face).
-New layer in "Overlay" blending mode. -Adjusting the skin lightness with the "Brush Tool".
"Brush Tool" -Black color to darken; -White color to lighten; -Adjusting the opacity to control the intensity.
-I grouped the layers to keep them organized. -I created a new empty group to add new layers.
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Selecting the lips to apply the effects.
"Refine Edge" -Adjusting/Smoothing the borders of the selection.
"Curves" Adjustment Layer -I increased the contrast to give more definition on the lips.
-"Ctrl + Left Click" on the layer mask to select the lips. -"Hue/Saturation" Adjustment Layer (Changing the lips colors)
-Changing the opacity layers -Control the intensity of the effects.
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Selection to Teeth adjustments.
"Selective Color" Adjustment Layer -Removing the yellowish tint on the Teeth.
-I don't know why it didn't work with the Adjustment Layer. -Then, I redid the process on the background layer and I used the "Selective Color" command through the "Image/Adjustments" menu
-I chose "Colors": "Yellows" -I decreased "Yellow" -I increased "Cyan"

"Lasso Tool" -Selecting the cheeks to apply some colors. -"Select/Modify/Feather" menu to smooth the borders of the selection.
"Solid Color" Fill layer / "Soft Light" blending mode -Adding colouring on the cheeks -Changing the opacity to control the intensity
"Gaussian Blur" filter -Smoothing the "Solid Color" layer mask -Improving the blending of the effect.
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Selecting the eyebrows to apply an effect on them.
"Refine Edges" to smooth the edges of the selection.
"Levels" Adjustment Layer -I increased the contrast (Enhancing the eyebrows).
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Selection around the eyes to apply the effects
-I created a new empty layer -Filling the selection with black color -Correcting the edges with the "Layer/Matting/Defringe" menu
"Gaussian Blur" filter -Suavização do preenchimento -Smoothing
-"Multiply" blending mode. -Changing the opacity to control the intensity.
"Polygonal Lasso Tool" -Selecting the region to apply the makeup
-I forgot to hold the "Shift" key to select in "additive" mode :)
-"Select/Modify/Feather" menu to smooth the edges of the selection.
"Solid Color" Fill layer. -Adding the makeup color.
-"Multiply" blending mode to darken. -Changing the opacity to control the intensity.
-New empty layer to create the eyelashes. -"Brush Tool" to paint the eyelashes.

"Eraser Tool" -Removing the unwanted parts.
"Smudge Tool" -"Dragging out" the eyelashes tips -I tried to create a "tapering effect" on the tips.
