Hey, what's up GG (guys and girls)? CouilleBleu's back today to inform you about the...
I noticed that in the games I play, the players do not buy wards unless they are a support.
Some players buy one or two wards in the laning phase because they do not want to be ganked by the enemy jungler, but after that, they all play as greedy fuckabishes.
But let me print the importance of wards in your brain.
A ward is a great and cheap item mainly used to spot enemies, making ganks from the opposition less effective.
Exactly. A good jungler will gank bot, top and mid a lot to help his teammates get the upper hand in their lane so they can *** off their enemies all day long.
But, if you have wards, the jungler will pretty much be useless because you can get away from a surprise party before he manage to get close to you.
If you don't have any ward, you will die and give hundreds of golds to the enemies.
It doesn't end here. While you're dead, you will not gain any experience, so you will fall behind in term of levels compared to your opponent.
Also, you will not be able to pickpocket the minions for a while and when you come back to life, you have to walk back to your lane, so you lose even more time.
In other words, what do you prefer?
Spend a mere 75 gold to buy a ward allowing you to stay alive and continue farming
or keep your 75 gold in your pocket and die like a dog while losing tons of experience and money?
That is your decision.
Honestly, I see a lot of people buying Doran's Ring and Doran's Blade, which cost 475 gold each.
Are you really telling me that you can't spend a sixth of that money to buy a ward?
True, these items can help you in the laning phase and all, but when I watch my replays,
most of the players still have like a 100 or 200 gold in their pocket after they're done shopping at downtown.
Dude, please buy a ward, tabarnak!
Let's move on. Wards can be used to control the red and blue buff at all time too!
Put a ward in the brush near the important camps, take the buff and sprint the hell out of there for your life!
Or even use Smite at the last second like a ninja when the enemy is in an epic fight with the golem or the lizard.
The unlucky fuckabish will be like ''Oh? What the ***? What happened?''.
It's evident that if you can control buffs with wards, you can also control Dragon and Baron like a boss.
Next point. Wards are precious to land amazing skillshots.
Let's say that there's a teamfight going on, you get wiped with a Bounty toilet paper and the enemies are really low on health.
They will have to go back home to regenerate and what most of them will do?
Hide in a brush to recall and become a family man.
Or woman. Or kid. Or whatever the *** you want.
If you have wards placed all over the map, you will see where they are and if you have an Ezreal or Lux, you can easily Kamehameha their *** for the win, no problem!
In other words, not buying a single ward is like being in a unknown pitch-black room.
You can't see anything, you're scared to make a move because you don't know what could be lurking around you, you don't know what the enemies are doing and so on.
Would you like to live in a city governed by darkness? I don't think so.
Even my city knows how to ward a map properly : when it's pitch-black outside, we have wards placed everywhere so we don't get involved in any car accident!
Think about it : in League of Legends, a ward costs 75 gold.
That's super mega ultra cheap in my opinion!
Think of it as...hummm...a...a discount!
Yes, that's it! A 75% off item available 365/24/7!
And that is why, in my opinion, everyone, even the ADC, should buy wards once in a while to lessen the burden on the support.
That's it for today, people!
And I'll see you next time.
Ciaossu!
