Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today were going to be making some cajun shepherds pie.
So now we got our partially cooked shepherds pie out of the oven what we want to do now
is take these wonderful drippings. We want to put them into the saute pan and just put
them right in there you see how good that looks already I'm going to put all of that
great juices that are already in there from the pork and the beef and the vegetables.
Were going to put them right in there to the skillet and this is where we want to put our
onions, carrots the zucchini and yellow squash that we julian, cause these are going to go
right on top. You can hear that sizzle that nice juices that your cooking with were also
going to add the seasoning mix to this. The seasoning mix that we just made will go right
on top sprinkle it around even distributed and again you can make it as spicy or as mild
as you like. Just move these around and this going to take probably about 5-10 to get really
nice and soft.
