If you are already using the electronic agenda in your office software,
you're off to a good start. In fact, our service
through tuOtempO SINCRO, is connected to your agenda and always knows
who to advise and when to send messages. Completing the synchronization takes just a few seconds.
We will then be ready to start advising clients that they have an appointment scheduled.

Managing appointments is extremely simple
Let's see how
Consider the following example:
"The client calls and ask for an appointment to see Dr.Catani on Friday 25th,
in the afternoon"
Select the available time slot and create the appointment. Select the client's name,
the type of appointment requested (which will determine the length of time needed for the appointment)
and finally, whether a follow-up visit is required. The client must provide their authorization
for you to be able to send them appointment details
Whether you have opted to fill-in your agenda automatically, using synchronization
or manually
you'll be ready to get started in a matter of minutes
All you have left to do
is to decide how you want your system to send information to your clients
You can now enter your communication preferences
For example: you can choose to send text messages for rescheduling of appointments, for reminders,
and to notify about delays and cancellations. The system will then take care of texting
your clients (if they have left you a mobile number),
or will send a voice message
(if they've only left a landline number)
You can choose to send an email at the moment of booking
to the clients who have left an email address
You can modify the content of these messages, such as reminders and delays, at any time, by simply
selecting and retyping the text. At this point, the system will start
its automated messaging
Symbols will show up on your agenda, confirming that messages have been sent and received
Consider this example: "Mario Rossi has received a reminder via text message
but he's just remembered that he can no longer make the appointment, because he will be away"
He replys "No" to the message and a red icon will appear in your agenda
The system will now advise the person who manages the scheduling that there's been
a sudden cancellation
Sandra Benatti is a client, who does not have a cell phone
She will receive the message on her home phone
and by dialing "1", she will confirm her presence.
