Welcome to Equipment Manufacturing Corporation, Santa Fe Springs, CA. Today I'd like to show
you one of the products we manufacturer here. This is the Jetsink small parts
washer. It is designed to be a replacement for small solvent sink cleaning and manual
parts washing. It's ideal for screw machine manufacturing, cell manufacturing operations,
tool cleaning, and other maintenance functions. Basically it's a top loading parts washer.
All we need to do to wash is open the lid insert the part into here, close the lid,
turn the pump motor on. Pump pumps approximately 100 gallons per minute of hot water and soap
over those parts. Most items will clean within 5 minutes. This is the interior of the Jetsink
this top tubing you see here is the top spray manifold it's connected to a lower spray manifold
both manifolds are drilled every 3/4 of an inch on a 90 degree angle. So, basically we
are spraying 4 ways up and 4 ways down. All the spray is center in the middle of the wash
area here. This small parts basket comes with every Jetsink. It's for your small nuts and
bolts. The angled wash rack is designed to basically center the parts in the middle of
the wash area. Once the solution is sprayed it must go through a bag filter, before it
gets to the sump to be recirculated. The Jetsink has a few options to assist your clean operation.
This is our dip tank basket it's designed for submerging parts within the sump of the
Jetsink. By simply removing the wash rack out of Jetsink. You put your dirty parts in
here. Put this inside the washer. Let it soak for as long as necessary. Another option is
our Rotary Cleaning System options. This is a factory installed option. What we do is
we mount a small gear motor on the side of the machine. This basket rotor is attached
to it inside the machine. It slowly turns inside the machine, approximately 1 rpm. And
we spray through the holes in the basket. It's ideal for small and such. Once the pump
stops the rotor continues to go, helping to dry the parts inside. Two other popular options
are castors for portability and also our work shelf, which you can use to put parts on after
you washed them or rack them before you wash them. Thank you for coming by and watching
our video.
