Welcome to 406 Main Street Shediac, formerly known as Greenhouse on Main, turn key restaurant
located in a high traffic location. As we enter the main floor dining room area, notice
the two pub style tables with chairs located in the front, and the additional 8 tables
with chairs which allows for a current total seating capacity of 24 in the main dining
area. Fireplace to the right has an electric insert. Property is heated with electric hot
water baseboard heat. The property has 4 mini split heat pumps with the first being located
here on the main floor. We will now proceed to the main floor bar area and then turn and
give a brief look to the front door main entrance. We will then proceed to the entrance to the
deck outside which is used extensively during the summer for additional seating. As we have
another view at the bar you will notice that it currently seats 4 with kitchen in behind.
Service Area from kitchen is to the right. As we proceed into the kitchen where the second
mini split heat pump is located, you will notice the wide variety of equipment which
was purchased in 2010. We have a cooling area for the food, more freezers, a prep area,
an area to wash, dry and sanitize, dishwasher, hand washing area, plus numerous other propane
cooking equipment. We will now proceed to walk up the beautifully
designed wrought iron and wood staircase in order to enter the second floor dining areas.
On the right you will notice that there currently is a 4 table seating area with a current total
seating capacity of 16, the third mini split heat pump is located in this area. We will
now have a look at the very modern half bath located on the left, and now we will enter
into a 2 table seating area with total capacity of 8, before entering the main upstairs bar
area. Here we have an electric fireplace, with TV, and wardrobe closet on the left.
We will then proceed to have a look at another half bath before entering the second floor
bar area. The current seating area is 18, plus 4 chairs at the bar. The fourth mini
split heat pump is located in this area along with an additional tv. For more information
