Treat others as you want to be treated.
I define respect as
going by the saying, "Treat others as you want to be treated."
So, for me, respect boils down to the golden rule that you're taught
in elementary school: You know, treat others as you would like to be treated.
Just like it was in the school yard when you were a little kid, now at a different level
with respect of your peers, with your instructors,
with the university.
Again, you don't have to agree with it, but at least
you can see that they have this opinion and you should be able to let them express themselves, and I've seen times
where that just doesn't happen.
And it's very, very disrespectful.
