Okay, so now we have our herb roasted chicken. We have our pan gravy. Now it's time for a
taste. Like I said, just ladle it maybe down the center of the chicken, but you don't want
to mask the flavor of the herbs either, because roasted pan gravy, that has a pretty strong,
distinct flavor of its own. Okay, now that's looking good. You can serve this with, typically
with herb roasted chicken, I'd serve it with rice. It's just lighter. It goes with the
flavors, some fresh vegetables, whatever your preference is. So let's have a taste and see
how we did today. The chicken's very tender, very nice. Make sure you get a little bit
of the chicken and the gravy. Mmm. What I like about this is the butter cooks right
through the flesh. It keeps the meat so moist. It's, it's fantastic, and with the herbs you
have that aromatic flavor. It is just so flavorful, so moist, very good, very good.
