Hey Bert Middleon - The Gout Killer . . .
I've had something that I wanted to turn you guys on to for a while now . . .
it has to do with using "spices" to help with the gout condition.
so what I got here, is some cinnamon,
some nutmeg,
some organic
cocoa,
aaand,
this is
pure, natural maple syrup.
So, what we're gonna do with it, we're gonna take a little bit of the cinnamon,
and we just put like ya know, about that much . . . .
ya know, it doesn't take that much, maybe
a little bit more, and put some of that in there.
Mix in the nutmeg . . .
same thing . . .
nutmeg's pretty strong . . .
little bit of that in there,
it doesn't take much,
a little dab-ll-do-ya,
cocoa,
I love cocoa,
so anyway, throw some of that in there, just like that . . .
and this is a cool thing to do
. . . for breakfast.
Part of your breakfast, this isn't like a whole breakfast of anything . . .
then we're just going to put a little bit of maple syrup on top of all of that
love this stuff . . .
Ok . . . then, we're going to take this banana . . .
bananas are so good for gout.
Lots of potassium.
Good for alkalizing . . . so,
took a little bit of this banana,
mix it all around in this stuff so you get a good amount of all this
spicy stuff on there, see, just like that . . .
Damn . . . that is some good *** . . . . . . excuse me . . .
Ok . . . what you need to know,
is the cinnamon,
cinnamom is a really good spice
for inflammation - it is a strong anti-inflammatory - go look it up.
Nutmeg is the same thing -
they've actually used the essential oil from the nutmeg to help with
rheumatoid arthritis.
So, gout is considered a rhuematoid arthritis, so that's a good thing.
Organic cocoa,
has flavonoids. Now, "antioxidants" is this huge term, it's this huge broad term -
there are so many categories and sub- categories, and classes of antioxidants.
Like,
polyphenols and and "flavonoids" - flavonoids are a strong
anti-inflammatory.
Raw cacao is really, really big antioxidant.
So, it's a good thing for
us - you and me . . . gout boy . . . haha.
And then, um . . .
wiht the um . . . OH I FORGOT SOMETHING! CRAP!
Let me tell you about this first though . . .
um . . . maple syrup,
it's another real strong antioxidant, it's the one that's called "SOD" . . .
uh... superoxide
dismutase,
and it's known to have anti-inflammatory qualities
for systemic inflammation - you know, the microscopic inflammation that just grows and
grows and grows, and gets bigger and bigger . . .
But, here is the secret formula, I mean the
secret to this - this right here - haha, this is my own little contraption . . .
this is
super high quality "Sea Salt" . . .
and this, man this really sets this stuff off, you put just a little bit, it doesn't take much,
just a little bit . . .
Sea Salt
helps to alkalize the body,
because sea salt is natural salt, it hasn't been exposed to the extreme temperatures
of heat,
and it hasn't been stripped of all it's trace minerals - it's good for you, ok
so, again . . . just take all this stuff in here . . .
this is, this is the good part of it,
the good part of morning . . .
daaamn . . . this is good!
Alright, that's all I got for ya . . .
Have a great day out there
Bert Middleton, The Gout Killer!
