We're going to learn a Offensive cheer called B.A.S.K.E.T. basket. This cheer we're going
to start with our legs together. We're going to put our hands up into the clasp mission.
So this is going to be on the very first pause. Then we're going to bend our knees and take
our arms down to the side for B.A. For S we're going to come back in to our starting position.
So let's try that from beginning. B.A.S. We do the exact same thing on the other side.
K.E. For T we're going to step forward with our right foot, bring our right arm up into
a high V position. The left arm is going to be on your hip. So let's take that from the
beginning. B.A.S.K.E.T. Now we just step forward with our foot. We're going to make sure our
heel is touching the ground. So we can go ahead, bend our knee as we rotate this front
arm around in a nice big circle. So, we've got, B.A.S.K.E.T. Bobcats basket. We're going
to lean forward onto that hip and hit a high V motion. Let's take that from the top. B.A.S.K.E.T.
Bobcats basket. Come back to your clean position. Go ahead and show you that from the reverse.
B.A.S.K.E.T. Bobcats basket. Make sure when you're getting into these lunge positions,
that you keep your front foot facing forward, back foot's going to face out. That way you
can get a nice sit into it and it's easy to pop back in your clean position, start again
from the beginning.
