While our oil is heating we are going to take our pan with our hoison sauce and we are going
to put this in water otherwise it is going to be very difficult to clean if you let it
sit for any length of time. While this is heating we are going to go and get our oyster
chicken a little flip here and make sure we have nice bits of vinegar all over it and
we are going to go ahead and sautee that up. While we are waiting for that to cook because
we have cilantro in our rice we are going to use it as our garnish as well. We're going
to go ahead and cut our cilantro and add our chicken and it is ready to flip and mark it
on one side and we are going to take another dab of our oyster sauce and we are just going
to spray that right over the top of the chicken.
