This is an introduction to ClearKit.

Some facts: One in five candidates of working age in the UK is disabled.
Seventy-eight percent of disabled people acquire their disability after the age of sixteen.
Seventy-four point one percent of disabled candidates said they would not declare their
disability to a recruiter for fear of discrimination, as shown in the ClearSurvey November twenty-eleven.
