Hi guys, we're here today learning how to play some fun, new improv games for your improv
team. And now Dan B. and I are going to show you how to play a game called Sex Role Reversal.
To play Sex Role Reversal, you're going to have your improvisers get up on stage and
enact a scene as if they were playing members of the opposite sex. Now, if you're hosting
or MCing the evening, it might be fun just to tell your performers, that they are just
going to be doing a regular two-person scene. And then surprise them with the sex role reversal
twist right before they begin. So, since Dan and I are two guys, we're going to be playing
a scene with two women. And let's get a location suggestion of some place you would find two
men to make it a little more fun. Let's say on a construction yard. So Dan and I are going
to be two women on a construction yard. "Oh my god, I've been riveting all day!" "I don't
even know how this thing works, but I've been holding onto it, and standing in this spot
for like nay-high fifteen minutes." "Well, you're the best jack-hammerer I've ever seen
in my entire life." "Oh my god! Thank you so much!" "I know, I just, I was told by my
therapist that I need to compliment more and to give to other people." "Yeah." "And I just
thought I'd give you a compliment because..." "Well, you know what? I was thinking to myself
like, Lorraine has been so sweet lately. Like so, like oh my god so sweet and I was just
thinking like, I need to be more like her." "I am sweet. I'm totally sweet. You're sweet,
too, though!" "Not as sweet as you." "You have sweet moments." "Well, kind of." "Let's
finish this building." And that's how you play Sex Role Reversal. Am I sledge-hammering
a girder? I don't know I was jack-hammering.
