Hi Guys!
Thanks for watching! Today I'm going to show you how to make your own clean eating almond
milk at home. It's quick, simple and tastes tons better than the stuff you can buy at
the store.
Lets get started.
First, you want to soak raw almonds overnight. Then drain and rinse them.
Put them in a high powered blender with 2 cups water and blend for about 1 minutes.
As you can see, it will look like milk when it's done.
Then you need a nut milk bag. I have this one.
Put the bag inside a bowl to catch the milk and pour the milk through the bag.
Wring out the milk by twisting and squeezing the bad. You' re then left with almond meal.
You can toast this in the oven to add to cereals or any number of dishes. Instructions for
