the david attachment she uh... adage dot com
the mit romney tax return game for continuing he's now saying that listen
why would i release more of my tax returns
when john kerrey ran for president
john kerry's
dinner release her tax returns either willis
i can't think of any anything more stupid
here look take a look at your obviously we know
looks like he gets lewis what channel do you think he was on what mit romney when
he did this interview
let me guess what
fox right and which program on fox do you think your conference
absolutely let's take a look at that the incredible questions
and very eloquent well-reasoned logical answer
there's a lot uh... allot of people making a lot of why you won't which
uh... release more of your tax return you release two thousand attended should
she does eleven is on its way
but why not more bill kristol had this to say
in that the defendant he convinces waited for most of us about like he is
proud of what he did
here's wishing division released the package as tomorrow this crazy you've
got a release six eight ten years of backpack is taken yesterday too
and they get a serious speech on thursday in which she says okay we've
had this
rediculous picky in debate about whether or not to parlay from day when i didn't
in
you can look now look like actors
sir someone say they'll be a good way to go on offense what about it
here are
uh... john mccain ran for president released two years of tax returns that
john kerrey ran for president you know his wife who has hundreds of millions of
dollars she never really surtax somehow this was an issue the obama pete somehow
it was an issue because she wasn't running for any
rent will it with the plane was there
or more more
more things to pick through more things for their opposition research to try and
make about not a and to distort and to be dishonest about we're going to put
out two years of tax returns and put out one already soon as the most recent
years complete we'll put that out
it's hundreds of pages of documents and by the way
none of those tax returns required by law to be put out
at what is required by law the financial disclosure has already been made
so we know we're gonna put out the tax returns of this year because it's being
very carefully looked over by accountants and by a number of people
money has been moved around to appear as if i actually do support america and
american jobs and american banks et-cetera
john kerry's wife
didn't release your tax returns you know what also let's play this out first of
all the foot of the state that the actual numbers number one because of
john kerry senate campaigns we actually had when he ran for president like
twenty years of his tax returns that number one
the only
additionally released two years of tax returns
and why would he really is more they were already in the public record
because you represent
the number two
let's say
that romney was right
john carried in releasing his tax returns and john mccain only release to
tax returns one of those two guys have in common
they book wv they both lost their elections neither one of them one
why would you point the two candidates who ran unsuccessful campaigns
and point to what they did
when you're depending what you did it's a very weird thing to point to losers
when you talk about what what you're doing
well maybe this is a good sign because he plans to only released two years as
well
so review fishery continues then uh... he will lose you know it's crazy george
clooney before he was last movie
he didn't release any tax return
envelopes comeback why would mit romney release any taxes and clooney didn't
release any including held a fundraiser for obama didn't release a single tax
effect i'm pretty sure john kerry's nephew did releases snyder
met the other thing that i think is going on is that the being issue and the
pact issue are being completed
they already similar issues because a lot of what's going to be
sketchy about mit romney tax returns is directly connected to what he did at
bain
but i think that there's a little bit of confusion going on between the two
issues among some people
also if we look at mit romney's past
he called on his opponents that release their tax returns impasse camping
in nineteen ninety four he was running in the senate against ted kennedy in
that race
he was the ronny was the big transparency advocate is that it's time
the biggest acting senator in washington
shows the people of massachusetts how much he pays
in taxes that's in april of nineteen ninety four
according to a boston globe report
when it other people they've got a release those taxes loves no surprise
in two thousand two
you wanted to start and run into a campaign issue when it was revealed that
uh... when he was running for governor against o'brien o'brien's husband anette
hayes had lobbying ties dan ronan he was starting to call on uh... he was calling
for all sorts of tax returns from
from shannon o'brien and then from general bryant has been have risen
it was incredible given that now he's saying oh i think three times carried in
releasing a tax return
unbelievable there really is
a d_c_ police officer
who worked as a motorcycle escort for white house officials and other
dignitaries has moved to administrative duty
after he was allegedly overheard making threatening comments towards michelle
obama according to a number of officials the motor man
allegedly allegedly made the comment wednesday morning as a bunch of officers
discussed threats against the o bombers
and during the conversation the officer allegedly said he would shoot the first
lady and then uses bones and richer and then actually pulled up on his phone
a picture of the firearm he would use to shoot the first lady it's not clear what
type of firearm that was
he was only mu
moved to administrative leave i guess that makes sense and when you hear
allegations until you have an investigation and confirm it
you don't fire someone
what's your reaction to this
how stupid are you as a as a police officer who does that too
to say that i allowed even if you have those sentiments along why wouldn't you
just
keep out on the down because i think if you're not aware enough
them to realize even if you have the sentiment it shouldn't make the comments
there's probably something wrong with it
is just a stream stupidity or is there something wrong with the cans are to be
something wrong we don't know yet
also is someone who makes these threats forget about continuing to be a police
officer someone who makes a thread about shooting the first lady and pulling up a
gun on your phone
she'd using be allowed to have a gun peery you need to be near a gun
touch a gun
for the rest your life if you make a comment like that you would think that
the secret service would be much more involved in
well
uh... the police officer does have his rights and uh... he could argue that it
was just dumb joke
it's all just hearsay
myapp eleven cult the country which is weird
uh... when people make credible threats against the president and the secret
service investigator they show up can you say
there's silly joke and they say okay
cm
their heavy guns i mean you know about right now we'll take your word for it we
won't check
good good joke will see you later
as long as you're joking it's ok we thought
we thought it was for real and you know that's fine we won't even check for a
couple there's no doubt he has access to guns the uses these a police officer
no question about brett
a woman
who appears to be related to george zimmerman
is claiming that george zimmerman molested her for more than a decade it's
not clear whether this is a cousin of george zimmerman
or just a woman with close ties to the family she is now saying it started when
i was six
we all the way in front of the t_v_ and we had pillows and blankets and he would
reach under the blankets and try to do things that i would try to push him off
but he was bigger and stronger than he was in front of everybody i don't know
how i didn't just say anything i'd just didn't know any better saying she
finally now feels like because george zimmerman is so i'll in the open
and the public eye
she can come out and say this
and not risk
repercussions from zimmerman
uh...
sounds good to me
she's being identified as a witness nine
she's claiming that from age six to nineteen zimmerman repeal it fondled her
including penetration with his finger at some points
now a number of people are pointing out
that this is including zimmerman is attorney
are pointing out that it has nothing to do with these allegations and we can
bring in this type of information when you're thinking about george xenon entry
by martin
now with fascinating about that is i bet those same people
were of course saying
we can't be considering the fact that trail on martin
add marijuana in his system at the time of the shooting
we can consider the fact that radon martin had been suspended from school
none of that stuff matters we only have to focus on the actual shooting
always second no they were the people saying hey this is a kid who came on
martin who was a troublemaker in a suspended he had marijuana in the system
a start
double-standard you think
but this is uh... this is a big one and
this could spark an entirely different trial well what's interesting is that
the uh... that
the boarding to zeran and legal defense team they are going to vigorously defend
george zimmerman against the allegations
so apparently the are interested in the importance of this as well maybe they'd
be attorneys to see it is more money hey in addition to the stand your ground
*** case beckon degree *** case
we also have this other public
battle the wage but you without charges and and it seems the statute of
limitations may have expired
without charges
what it what what does the defense of these
statement even really need
who knows
i mean i i guess
they're hoping just keep this out of uh...
keep us away from from people's uh... opinion from
i mean of course
and the presumably any juries could hear about it it was a question would even
really be admissible as what character evidence now i think the argument would
be pretty easily made by his inman's attorneys that it cannot be wasn't
charges were never filed
the statute of limitations is expired this is
completely just character assassination there is an absolutely no importance if
that's the case though
then we have to assume that any evidence of that rebound martin being suspended
from school prior
uh... to the shooting would also not be admissible they think
probably
you see what the deal is with that
but uh...
i don't see how something uh... how information
from both sides about both people wouldn't preachy jury hamming reportedly
living under rocks i mean you know how that is the other we've never really
care

you go to the olympics in london starting at the end of the month get
ready for an number of restrictions on bunch of stuff is not going to be
allowed to the olympics including bottled water
long lens cameras
che guevara t-shirts all been from all
olympic stadium's what do you think about the slowest
uh... the t-shirt thing is confusing
uh...
you also can have excessive food
and uh... one of those things called the at the bottom though who's alos
i'm very proud of him and that is actually a host of noxious thing in the
world where where was that the world cup that they had a right all right down
really annoying and i was trying to figure out the whole time with that
horrible humming noise was unlike it must be some type of electrical
interference
no no drawings it's going to be almost like airport type restrictions no liquid
greater than a hundred million there's no more than one soft sided bag is
allowed to have to fit into your c
the beijing olympics to a lot of criticism because they also had this
restricted list which covered everything from sleeping outdoors
you needed government permission to stage any kind of protest
no prostitutes were allowed nobody with mental disease is i mean you know what
that means
or any contagious conditions were allowed there
there's going to be in london o picnics
note eating too much fun
no alcohol of course spectators also won't be able to bring gulf style
umbrellas or oversized hats
of course one that has pretty unpredictable weather so that could be a
problem
it honestly
sounds like you're better off watching from home
you know that the prosecuting is a deal breaker for me i would have gone but no
prostitutes forget about it don't worry though you'll be able to get in a ten
dollar war of
bottled water inside i'm sure
but there's no alcohol being sold
it inside
prelinger
that's crazy yeah it just really seems like that a huge moneymaker in the end
of it
the will know you can bring alcohol
alka they they they may so alcohol inside i don't know about that but in
the areas outside in the entire are ok cordoned area you can alcoholic
streaming out you know it's excessive amounts of food
now it's interesting
with an excess amount of food may be dictated by uh... cultural norms in
great part so i wonder if there's going to be disagreement about what it what
the normal sized amount of food
another word for me a sixty four and photo
is an excessive amount of food and ready circumstances yeah but to a lot of
people who frequent fast food restaurant sixty four and so it is a kind of no big
deal
i think of all of these uh... at all these rules the excess of two things
will probably be the least enforced
yeah let me know who the law is above was a lot
how much food is excessive it definitely more subjective right
another controversy related the olympics is that the u_s_ uniforms being made in
china
has brought republicans and democrats kind of together in a way saying that
the u_s_ olympic committee's decision
address the team in the chinese manufactured berets blazers and pants
while the american textile industry continues to struggle economically
is is a bad idea harry reid senate majority leader democrat of nevada
senator set
they should be ashamed of themselves they should be embarrassed educate all
uniforms put him in a pile and burn them nancy pelosi saying they should be
wearing uniforms made in america
john bainer republican from ohio speaker of the housing you'd think they'd know
better
what do you think willis
well first of all i think they were completely ridiculous
will the ralph lauren
looks ridiculous okay
and uh... i agree a hundred percent
use it's it's a joke it's a joke that these are made in china on jokes on us
on twitter some kind of spokesperson for the olympic said that
the uniforms are that the that ralph lauren the designer financially supports
the team and that the it's an american company that supporting american
athletes honestly
couple things on number one and shouldn't be an issue that so many
people in congress are getting involved with their all just jumping to agree
with each other alot spokeswoman at jobs bill in the house republicans i want
that
the number two
mit romney who famously latin bain capital supposedly even though we have
been really leave
to run the salt lake city olympics in two thousand two
he's been kind of quiet about this and people said that's a little we anything
he would want to
you want to call obama the outsource a really wanna distanced himself from
outsourcing even though he's kind of the main outsource or that were pointing to
here
turns out when he was in charge of the salt lake city olympics
the uniforms that the torch bearers
were made in burma okay
so mit romney staying quiet apparently because he figured that that's going to
bring that out and that's the last thing anybody wants mansion
romney cannot call out anybody announcer saying
needles have been found in sandwiches on
for delta airlines flights
and two passengers suffered minor injuries from needles found in the meat
of sandwiches served aboard
whites from amsterdam to the u_s_ according to a federal official report
the f_b_i_ is investigating dissenter justice were served a business class
passengers crew members in government for employees that were on the flights
at least one batch of seventeen sandwiches appeared to be made by a u_s_
company based
at amsterdam's airport the sandwiches are served on a flight to uh...
minneapolis st paul
just a few days ago now here's something interesting
two passengers aboard the flight
down the meals in their sandwiches okay
senators were turned over to customs and border patrol the news edison analysis
of those uh...
wants me willis
mit romney also ask them in unidentified chocolate goodie
be turned over for analysis allot of uncertainty about what some of those
food items are on these points
lot of uncertainty in general are older hungry uh...
on my way to that's right you find out that you really should with all the
anti-union staff
or can i do yeah i'm you know options you need my help booking your flights i
know you say every time it would make no difference but we ended when we end up
going in the same place
i had getting flights that are uh...
cheaper and much more convenient now they're not more convenient
like when we were there is only you have like two stops and it was completely
ridiculous
and i had wanted it was way more convenient that they have a tiny bit
more that's the one exception
believe me
check with me next time before you book it
yeah okay flight masturbated thinking i'm ready to book your thing you like
regading you lose nothing anchorage everywhere sort out that the repair for
a problem okay back to the same which is one of the passengers have been the
needle actually
precht is now
and
they actually put him on antiretroviral drugs because if one of those meals had
h_i_v_ he would wanna start him on that right away now here's a fascinating
uh...
i don't even understand how this happens but the guy who had this happen to james
ponds ripon death i don't know how to pronounce his name
and good morning america he said that his teenage son who was traveling
run amsterdam on a different white
was also a victim
and authorities are investigating
what do you odds that two members of the same family i'm different
white get needles in their food
mood on ans on these two de different flights it's a little bit we're
and they both order the sandwiches
presumably the same type of sandwich and the kid we didn't want to give the
sandwich for this clinic rubies and he was gonna keep it is evidence for a
potential future losses
reciprocal
uh... it's smart actually is actually smart
the sandwiches and stated for her and what did you did it it's just a little
bit weird what are the odds the people on three separate flights get these
uh... i don't know if it's something about it strikes me as a little bit off
but whom i decide
your i mean revert mark stranger things have been we certainly have yet when
you've been involved in far stranger things personally
on flights
really you've been involved in just about every word then on flights i don't
know
this this is pretty weird he never eaten syringes for
we'll take a break facebook dot com slash david packard showed like this on
face book will be back after the break
with bay buchanan been known political strategist and romney advisor i have a
number of questions for her louis hopefully she will
uh... appeasement
by answering a few of them back after this
david packing and shelves and david jacqueline dot com
welcome back to the david adventure
welcome back to the david package for joining me is bay buchanan conservative
political strategist former treasurer of the united states that you book is bay
and her boys unexpected lessons are learned as a single mom
the the revising mit romney let's talk about
initially why'd you endorse him
well there's struggles actually is going to estimate is only
as the content credo i thought the immigration issue is cheating crank up a
new mccain was terrible inside met with the governor romney desi how howie's
position was on immigration and get a sense for the kind of personalized
m i can do is to then i have been extremely i traveled unto himself for
mike capps knowing very well apparent very impressed with him another species
as we go to two twenty twelve key issues facing the country clearly we need
someone who really has an understanding
uh... how running the country have put people who work at home businesses grow
what kind of national or federal policy issued easily create that kind of
environment i'm devastated by the millions of people who are under
unemployed in this country in facing very very tough times
encyclopedia first thing we need is somebody who would not only is informed
in understands the issue
it's that kind of toughness that determination to say listen
this company is going to be turned around and i'm going to do and i don't
care what it takes and that he doesn't have to highest washing
so i thought that may promises out question the best person to the country
at this time ideally stronger social issues very close to my heart he is
solid pro-life higher absolutely certain of that find out from under the so much
for that that we have to talk about adolescent by contrast that with figures
that the time here
so number one
on the issue of
he has the right ideas for
federal policy now from
tumi the biggest a confidante account was when he had as governor of
massachusetts the health-care bill they pass he's had to completely disavow at
the at the federal level as there has been very clear
it wouldn't work at the federal level so he's actually had difficulty distancing
himself from the idea that it would work better leave so specifically
federal policy do we can we point to that that indicates he would have good
ideas there
i look first of all
he's a guy who has no business
in looks at the holding a necessity status extremely well over the years
very very successful at turning around company so you understands sometimes you
have to make his tough decisions and shut down some harmony company trying to
surrender are make people more efficient whenever you have to deal with he's been
obviously successful to when you were starting to pick you progress disgraced
congressman in massachusetts he took the government that was facing huge deficit
on and and within the last in line for a number of jobs created fifty and four
years
he not only trend that stayed around economic leaving them out of that i
think that that twenty-seven in job creation little state of massachusetts
forty eighth actually it was a good amount of that is that is not correct
that is that is something the obama people rehash is actually inaccurately
that no no state
was was able to jobs many matches up as massachusetts in those forty years what
the about the wilderness average for four years
but if you look at where i was twenty two caliber and where it was we engage
it is clear success story inundation
he balanced the budget left there was a surplus did it without increasing taxes
on let's talk about that but that's the nineteen time yet you know what you know
it's incredible to me about that he did raise taxes thing i would and that's the
truth i experience this firsthand
the exact same way through which it he was able to raise revenue without
raising taxes which is by penalties in these
is the exact same thing he's trying to play the other side of the ballgame on
on the old bomb a care mandate whether it's a tax or or whether it's a penalty
slash p
fees and penalties everywhere nasa chooses i pay them
what way way up so it's it's silly to say that by not calling it a tax he
didn't actually
increased fees and taxes so it's it's not it's it's kind of a semantic game
well
is not
in and and i don't have a case where every single feel their yeah but
i was in the reagan administration right and i was in the department of treasury
and i was younger so u_s_ treasure
and so i really mean effort to learn as much i could hurt the economy and sat
down with a lot of supply siders anandhi explaining norman trade is too wonderful
and it was the undersecretary anne explained that there are certain things
that conservatives support so now the person it will use in the roads we
should pay for the road citizens washington what's going on all you know
we have a tax
on gas it's gone right to the roads that's something we would support what
did you go to see if you go out to a national park in our music national park
and to pay a fee to get into the national park that makes sense that
something conservatives except
that you know using it so we should be paying something that's a direct off
user fee if you like and and and going man as i said i don't know all the
things that were coffees
a massachusetts but in that regard that something conservatives do support
uh... and you know unlike
enough i don't care
uh... really shows what twenty sounds fine
want taxes in it dont you know and there's no interest was calling an exact
angelaroman our supreme court
by justice decide that that's what it was uh... but in the discussion about
romney in massachusetts i mean for example not raising the excise tax rate
but raising the renewal for your car registration but sixty dollars
it's essentially the same thing money's going the same place is calling it a the
rather than a tax
same thing we're seeing with obama carry it's a little bit wishy-washy i don't
know that the strongest case to make as a wrongly supporter for you
well i think you know without question he cut taxes
mean time
sac eating raise taxes and other times i don't know i i do know that there was
cutting taxes he
he obviously delegate control of the spending
tinsel lining up with the income because his results you balance the budget and
left a surplus that's something i would like to see on the federal level i think
he showed experience plus the private sector and into the public sector
that he just he's tough enough to do the job that need to get done so that you
have a strong economy in a state of massachusetts or or business has a
strong you know with on economic basis to continue to grow
and i hope that he's able to do that on the federal level so we have to get back
to work move let's talk about the bane experience which you alluded to so much
is going on and and i know we have limited time but a few different things
i want to touch on number one
he has made his his business experience kind of like the the uh... of paramount
achievement on which we should decide whether he would and wouldn't be a good
president he says he would be a good president as a result of his experience
a bit
what other presidents in history can you point two
where coming exclusively with business experience ended up being good
presidents who would you point
you know i i think the she
i would point to the president lives there now
he has never being business he has never met a payroll and and he is
he has no knowledge of our only businesses clue
listens to how it's done and doesn't respect or on those hooked on it and how
is that her name
is the result of that
easy day unlike other times in our history are facing terrible economic
times anita crises is not to exaggerate the situation no i understand that but
we're getting were thinking topic here
within government advertising all bombs alright
snow knowledge
of missus doesn't have a clue as to how it's working he establishes policies
that take us from recessionary inherited in gives us a few weeks anemic john
let's take a little bit there
boswell can
tool to oversee shin we're looking at now fighters that what you're doing i
respect what you're doing your pivoting from my question about romney it about
obama talking to behold i think the whole i think
yes but it was do you want to do so
and and and and i really wonder standard development
they in religion is not eisenhower who had no business experience only military
took over and look what happened nearly half the quality is try it one somebody
with that okay let me try it once more
forgetting about iraq obama for a second
mitt romney says that many of his supporters agree that that someone with
so-called business experience is uniquely and particularly well qualified
to be president
this time
what can we point to in history that would suggest that coming from business
experience
make you the president and if we can point to anything because this time is
so unique we really have no evidence is just a guess right now now
notes
you know you know history but we had two choices here ok experts counted and in
the primary unsupported because
there's another aspect of his first of all you have to understand how to have
to have her option
case yet
four oh four what what makes it i mean what what's healthy for them alpirez
enemy
middle america
what can we do to make their companies i'm trying to reconstruct how to get out
of it so we have no way evidence that he's others
even the second thing is this
need somebody
who are actually do it
so many of these politicians have stopped here in this town for too many
yours have too many friends so when it comes time to shot update you know that
the
you know interior department of agriculture department on education
elect friend here and i think there are no jobs
district that would hurt g_m_ and then they can't come to grips with the date
they start taking care of friends and that's what i don't even some of our
friends and i can't even see idea that yours
he has not
have those ties dating event any starts but you know what you can see writings
august
on clay own trying around companies or states of the olympics and he will be
focused on training our economy around which is that which is all of this whole
background has is every thing he's learned here
cannot be anybody that protect
to be presidencies at this time okay
earth that this whole idea that is a washington outsider if these are
watching tonight outsider it's because the lost an election in nineteen ninety
four you want to be a lot in a writer
but let's not do economy decided by living here in the end of the money
spent
just because the boss and he doesn't have any washington press
dennis i don't know if he does not have been unit she senses the main has not
does not have the ties to this town that all those other candidates the primary
almost all of and it's a money came all the same people that the the so-called
insiders do there's no differences indistinguishable
now is not money or totally fungible way whether he's an insider outsider
they come from the coke brothers it come from all the same people what's the
difference
no i'll tell you what the difference is is because she'd get in that city yet in
the house eighty com compromised in some of the internet's explained to me deli
section should cows
arkansas
his senate and a so-called conservative president gave us the largest
entitlement since l_b_j_ now use light how that happens if indeed they stand on
principle and they get here
i say they can't co-opted feel they have to keep that the leadership in the party
happy happy rhonda's net any of those times when
he comes here he stopped working in line
caucus spending down to some reasonable percent of the g_d_p_
back to the twenty percent and that's what he will would sign up
who is that
all right what you know i wanted to get into all of the details of the pain
stuff including also pup mitt romney's outsourcing of the olympic uniforms to
burma even though now he's criticizing the current outsourcing to china
but unfortunately
we've gone over our time i really do want to have you back to obey and not to
mention again the book is

calif actually show
candied happened dot com
david jackson and she uh... and david packard dot com he commented that i
can't remember before the end of july get a yearly membership of the new york
we did a package that he should go to david packing dot com
flash summer david patten dot com slash summer don't miss out on that
deal with church in fact in on north the fourth quarter
or worth texas
as a nineteen-year-old uh... congregants named junior agarcia junior garcia
decided that
instead of spending a month doing
something else that nineteen-year-olds normally do during the summer
he would carry a huge cross on his back from texas to washington d_c_
you recently made of their lives with fatalism local news coverage of it
texas man has finished a cross-country cross the bearing pilgrimage
junior garcia says died holding carried across and a message from fort worth to
washington d_c_
so he picked up a twelve across and started walking c_b_s_ eleven cell
thomas was there when garcia's charge
face that journey with him
no i don't see it
bayless
the racist church is in north texas finishing a jury fourteen hundred miles
away
below ok parth video the church's gathered to watch junior garcia finish
across bearing overnight
washington d_c_
the congregation of the lease is is there
through the internet
their and your
all we're doing
and that's when
stereo perceive began his journey early to in fort worth
securities carson highways and back rooms everyday sense
program with that
with this in my heart and something that uh... of strong about has become a roles
imperial man
health care for their family decided to spend
a month i i do find this somewhat disturbing i mean imagine a fifth this
kid instead spent a month
taking piano lessons for example or learning how to grow vegetables
that's a real skill or volunteering to help the homeless or laundry and alcohol
or
if it's something that would have such a a measurable impact either on his life
for a life of others and i guess because the people in this church will say this
had an impact on them
but it really is sad a little bit sad to me because we're going to get these
ideas brightening wise even
in a situation where you think that this is such a valuable experience
idk i i don't know how off the feel of in just a little bit sorry for the kid
yesterday in the middle of the heat wave
bad timing yeah long
because taiwan into sweat a bit
it's part of the suffering
he's probably got a huge traps right now is probably a pretty good workout yeah
young son
aka widest could tear adjudged found an attorney
guilty of licking his client's year
at isley who hate office i wonder if if they say it leeway i'm not sure you say
it's a now why lawrence mccreary age sixty four was convicted of harassment
by per diem district judge frank rothschild
on july twenty sixth
twenty eleven
mccreary was discussing a twenty-one year old woman's custody case
when he touched her arm according to a news release
and mccreary made a strange sound
hugged her tightly
and lick the back
of her right
literary denied the charges in court he testified that the woman initiated the
hug
and that he just didn't liquor ear
according to the news release uh... judge rothschild said quite frankly
these are the actions of a dirty old man
mccreary is attorney says that they're going to file
an appeal the appeal is obviously going to be using that u_s_ defense he was
simply trying to get rid of someone's ear wax
interesting
what do you think of this
let's get this that conversation we had about a member who was on the bones show
when the regular fare yesterday about
you get the idea that hopefully there are certain people
that you can just trust
and maybe for some people have some age is a police officer and then turns i can
really trust police officers all the time they are bad cops and you know i
was just a doctor
and we hear about people being touched inappropriately by doctors sometimes and
then we hear about you know
obviously only family a religious individuals and then you know you can
always trust them
you think maybe your lawyer you know
maybe at least he's going to really always have your best interest of mind
and in this case
i guess he thought licking someone's here would be part of
well we do know
that we can abhorrence mccreary through the list of people you cannot trust yes
you can't
you can certainly add that hey six as you know
six billion and
what how many how many people do we have left
but on the list
is the first draft
basically what was the seven billion
we have a that's where we're gonna start working on that very strange incident in
lieu de city
sign shui part china wareham and save the drowning family whose drowning in
water
and then
and of drowning as that family left him to drown returned saying hey it's none
of their business
incredible stories analyst
it is really happen dang gene gene
saved the family of three from drowning however
he was disregarding his own personal safety and he ended up driving himself
and instead of helping the family of three left into struggle
claiming it was quote none of their
business leaders ran out of strengthening he was swallowed by the
river that was pretty fast
ended up trying and as a witness says when the crowd stopped the family of
three from leaving the woman said
none of my damn business before driving away
very very strange story list
what would you do with this uh... if you were this guy
we had that lifeguard story last week
would you just not have tried to save the family at all because the river was
moving kind of quickly or what uh... me what what would have been here
if i thought i could do it
i would do it
uh...
and hair
immediate if i realize they left me too
to die in return we'll come back to you
liebman ad from a few seconds before you got it right
pretty crazy incredible yeah what about in situations like uh... where you have
the make quick decisions like you know the ends of a common when someone falls
into the subway tracks
and you see someone pull them out at the very last second at personal risk as
well new how would you decide whether it right
jump in and grab that person
if there was someone i care about
it wouldn't make a difference of if you thought that you could make it or not if
it someone you don't know when the trains coming anything then maybe you
can make it
you're not getting involved
i mean i think the only way i would almost definitely do that
is if it was someone die
cared about
or if it was like a little kid
who cook who wouldn't accidentally accidentally like pulled me in
and and to denny kills
if it was like a little kid was lightweight night pretty sure i could do
it
what if they required you getting down into this the track though
so after getting the kid out you have to get out yourself
sol situational operates to train our classes and moving out out on a one
saying how sure would you have to be that you could get out
getting about a hundred percent sure i was like yeah i think i can probably
make it
i'd have to be eighty five percent sure eighty five percent lewis is kinda
but i'm
when you're mine is raising that quickly things are happening that quickly it's
it's
you just kind of
make a decision probably year probably not thinking well with cedar trees
moving as fast as this far down we don't take a paper and guarantee is uh... if
it really is the previous issue next time how much do i have to get in
portadown
i don't think affecting all those things unpacked
those that are disturbing story nonetheless
yeah over the summer email you can email us through our website david packard dot
com wrote a twitter facebook or youtube the girl punished with the shot collar
because according to her parents that's what the bible says yet
but why do we forbid gay people from adopting children again
brilliant question this couple adopted kid
thought that the bible says you should shock them but gay people apparently
wouldn't megan parents according to my right
these are called then i think they're not religious at all the georgia couple
speak blasphemy no i don't know they are religious
well they say they're
they for believe themselves to be good christian everyone has their own
interpretation of it i mean as far as i'm concerned if you say you go by the
bible
you go by the bottle and this is actually an unreported epidemic a
christian parents adopt and savagely beat their children stems from some book
that was written five a six years ago
about how to raise christian children with the roger or something he had to
get a report about that yeah see now if there were no bible
no one would be able to fill their minds with uh...
false interpretations and they just find something else though
uh...
perhaps i don't know but this would be one less thing to be confused over under
three year old who accidentally shot his father with a loaded gun that was
hanging around the house
this goes to show how it's not enough to have a loaded gun in your house you've
got to have a loaded gun in your hand
even when you're sitting at home watching tv you've gotta defend yourself
when your son shoots you
gotta be ready to shoot back that's how guns keepers all
very very good
broder very good message yeah
and the kid was acting on behalf of natural selection the father deserves a
darwin award i'm sorry i sound so harsh there he followed me stupid enough to
leave a loaded gun within reach of small children should not survive to reproduce
more children
