Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce.
Okay now that we have our sugar and delicious ingredients together we are getting ready
to put this in the berry mixture. Okay you want to be sure that when you pour this in
that you really combine this because it is going to act as a thickener so really combine.
Make sure everything gets some of it, pour that right in, make sure you get everything
in. Cloves tend to be a little heavier and what I am going to do is turn up the heat
about just about medium. This is an electric range but you can go ahead with your gas just
put in medium heat and stir that together. You would see as it comes back up to a boil
it is going to be very, very thick which is what we are looking for. You don't want to
break up the berries too much just go ahead and sort of fold them over, you don't want
to make mush out of this you just want to have this beautiful whole berry cranberry
sauce with Port wine.
