So for me as um,
as a college student,
remembering the times of when I have felt invisible
was when I was about to go to third grade
I was um, that- that's when my parents found out
that I was autistic.
I was running through doctor's tests and therapies,
that's when my parents found out
that I was diagnosed with ASD,
Autism Spectrum Disorder for those that don't know.
After my parents found out that I was autistic
that's when my parents wondered like, "What do we do now?"
And it put them in worry.
And there was some times when I came home crying
and my mom says "You were always coming home crying
saying that you never want to go back to school again
because of the bullies that were bullying you
because of autism."
And the other story of how I kind of felt invisible
was one where I was about,
was freshman in high school
of when and where I felt like
I was having everything going,
I thought I had friends,
but then as I started getting rejected
by a lot of the people
that I whom I thought was my friends
that's when I was kind of feeling
a bit heart- a bit heart broken.
And I didn't know what to do,
I didn't know where to turn.
So that's when I kind of reached out for some help.
like, "What do I do?"
