Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I am going to show you how to make
my homemade onion rings and my homemade dipping sauce. So our onion rings are finally ready.
I am dying to eat them but we cannot eat them yet because we have to have dipping sauce.
We cannot eat onion rings without dipping sauce. So let's quickly make some dipping
sauce so that we can enjoy our onion rings. Okay so what we have here is a cup of mayonnaise.
We are going to use three teaspoons of cayenne pepper. We have one teaspoon of sugar, one
teaspoon of lemon juice. We are going to use three teaspoons of ketchup and we have some
hot sauce; use that to taste. We have our handy whisk so let's get ready to make our
dipping sauce. Okay so what we are going to do is add these ingredients so let's take
our lemon juice and pop that in there. Let's take our sugar and pop that in there and let's
take our ketchup and we are going to use three of those. I'm just going to pour a little
bit of our tobasco sauce in here. Then we are going to use three teaspoons rather of
cayenne pepper and that's two and that's three. So now we are just going to mix this together.
Mix it really good until it is just one even color. It might take a little while to get
it all right but just keep mixing. Get it all together; it's nice and smooth. There
you have it; here is our dipping sauce for our onion rings. Before you serve this, you've
got to take this and put this in the refrigerator for an hour and let it chill for an hour before
you serve it.
