I'm on the East Coast in a place most known for its beaches and let's face it
a certain reality show stereotype but this destination has so much more to offer.
Where in the world am I?
Welcome to the Jersey Shore.
Come with me as I show you a few things about this East Coast playground that
defy TV stereo types.
To go down the shore is to go down New Jersey's
coastline which consists of almost 50 beaches spread along 130 miles of the
Atlantic seaboard.
White sand, family-friendly parks, fun-filled
boardwalks and charming small towns dot the
shoreline from Perth Amboy in the north to Cape May in the south.
One of my favorite things about the Jersey Shore
is exploring all the quaint small towns
up and down the coast.
Every small town has its own unique
character and charm.
Shopping in these Jersey towns is also a unique experience
unlike other towns in the interior of the state which have many big-box stores
and malls shore towns are seasonal so small businesses and shops still thrive here.
But what I really love about a vacation on the Jersey Shore is the food.
From funnel cakes to lobster spaghetti food trucks to cafes, beachgoers can have
any craving net and dining at a seaside restaurant as the sunset is not to be missed.
I'm heading to the boardwalk to grab a
frozen custard one of my absolute favorite things about the Jersey Shore.
See you later!
