I'm broker Keith Gordon and I am the broker for

ADDvantage® Real Estate Services the topic is yard signs and
what kind of yard sign to use. With our company we do not have a policy
that prohibits you from using any kind of sign. You can use your own sign
or you can use our sign I highly recommend though
that you use a professional real estate sign
such as ours and the reason why I say that is because the reason why you're
using our company to market for you in the MLS
and in the other real estate portals that
we go to is because we are appealing primarily to the realtors
and realtors are after commission as you know that's
why we're in the business to earn a commission if you're a buyer's agent
and if your listing agent same thing when these
agents show up at a property they would rather see a real estate sign that has a
name of a real estate company on it
than a by owner sign and the reason is because
if it has a by owner sign it's gonna have your phone number there
a buyers agent doesn't like that because then they would
fear that the buyer may write that number down and call them and
possibly circumvent your commission that you're offering through me
in the MLS that is the real reason why you would not use a by owner sign it's
just not good packaging or marketing for what you're trying to do which is to
sell your home
so I would suggest the metal sign of ours
it's professional has our name on it and you can put your name and your phone
number on the sign or ours
now if using our number you would primarily be using the "Professional
ADDvantage®" listing plan the top end plan where I represent you
and on that particular sign it has
our licensing name ADDvantage® Real Estate Services at the bottom
but you're welcome to use your phone number as well
but it wouldn't have "ADDvantage® Real Estate Services" at the bottom it would
have "ADDvantage® Real Estate Network" it's a little difference but
it's important with with state laws but that is my take on real estate signs
you want to package your listing as professionally as possible
and appeal to the realtors because over 85% of the time
they're the ones that are gonna be bringing you your deal.
