So here we have opened GeoGebra and we go the polygon tool and we click 3 times inside
the quadrant so all 3 points will be free objects. So let us click here and click here
and click here and then come back to A and click again. So we clicked 4 times and we
have 3 points which are all free objects because we did not click on the axes and 3 line segments
and the polygon (triangle). Notice that they are all showing labels as
names. Our idea is to show you how to make them all show labels as “values” all at
once. So how do we do that. We right-click on any object. Don’t click inside the polygon.
It won’t work. You can right-click over here or right-click over here in the drawing
pad. So right-click and then come down to properties and we get the properties dialog
box. Over here in the left pane are the objects
and over here are the possibilities. Here we are actually going to click on the main
category “Objects” and all of the objects are selected. Now we get a shortened menu
of things that we can do to all objects. One of them is to decide whether to “Show Label”
and then to say not to be “name” but “value”. And then we close and everything is values.
And you can simply move the labels to a nice place. Now on all the objects it has changed
to showing the value.
